Advocacy is a sacred profession and a duty that requires attention. According to their profession, lawyers handle the affairs of their agents and solve the problems of citizens daily.
Lawyers will need to expand their skills to handle their agents’ different transactions and meet new situations and needs. However, lawyers are obliged to comply with applicable guidelines, laws and orders issued by public and private sector offices. However, lawyers must improve their level of thinking and work daily, monthly and annually and participate in knowledge enrichment with modern science and information, especially in the field of digital and technology and keep pace with the rapid development that is currently over most joints of life are taking place, including law in both its theoretical and practical aspects, the modern practice of law and the figures of digital practice.
One of the tools through which lawyers can enrich themselves is by participating in conferences, seminars, and workshops in the fields of law, as well as digital and new working mechanisms of lawyering.
What attracts our attention here is that the lawyer’s profession more than any other profession needs congresses, conferences and interviews with individual colleagues. The level of lawyers need to maintain their level of knowledge For this purpose, we try to open the door to learning, especially towards the internationalization of lawyers in their profession and participation in international conferences and meetings.
Unfortunately, although there are a large number of lawyers in Kurdistan, those who participate in international conferences and congresses are few and far between. This should increase and lawyers should be encouraged to develop their skills, improve their learning of the world’s living languages and improve their legal standards in general. Through participation in these international conferences, he will become acquainted with the culture, customs and traditions of different countries and nations of the world.
