Today Tuesday 2017/6/6 A memorandum of understanding was signed between the Kurdistan Bar Association and the Bar Association of Poznan, Poland.
On behalf of the Kurdistan Bar Association, Mr Bakhtiar Haider, Deputy of the Bar Association, Mr Karasul Hassan, Deputy and Mr Parez Mantak, Member of the Council were present. and by the Poznan Bar Association, Dr. Eva Habrin and Michael Jedrczyksic were present. Mr. Karkhi Kamal, Coordinator between the Kurdistan Bar Association and Poznan Bar Association, Poland, was also present at the ceremony.
The memorandum was signed by both Mr. Bakhtiar Haider and Dr. Eva Habrin. The meeting includes cooperation between the two sides, opening training courses on contracts, arbitration, legal exchange and legal seminars for Kurdistan lawyers to be held in Poznan and all facilities to be arranged.
